B2U: Refund Policy

At Bridge to University, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to withdraw or request a refund. This policy explains how refunds work for our courses and digital products.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

a. Course Not Accessed

If you have paid for a course but have not yet accessed any content or attended a live session, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of purchase.

b. Technical or Access Issues

If you experience a verified technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course content and our support team cannot resolve it within 5 working days, you may request a full or partial refund.

c. Instructor or Schedule Change

If a course is cancelled, rescheduled, or the instructor is replaced in a way that significantly changes the learning experience, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer to another course.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided if:

You have already accessed more than 20% of the course materials or attended live sessions.
You simply change your mind or your availability after enrolling.
You fail to meet technical requirements (e.g., stable internet, device compatibility).
Your account is suspended for violating the Terms of Use or Academic Integrity Policy.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Email billing@bridgetouniversity.com within the applicable refund period.
Include your full name, email address, course name, and payment reference number.
Our team will review and process your request within 7–10 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Digital Products and Downloads

All downloadable content, mock tests, and e-books are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they are considered digital goods.

5. Payment Disputes

We encourage learners to contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to all courses until resolved.

6. Amendments

Bridge to University reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
